They did not start from the same place, but they shared the same dream.
Some walked long distances to attend lectures. Some studied late into the night with borrowed books. Some balanced school with family responsibilities, while others fought doubt and financial hardship in silence. Yet, each of them believed that education could change their story.
From Bachelor’s degrees to a Master’s journey, these young scholars represent resilience, discipline, and hope. Their smiles are not just for the camera—they reflect years of determination, failed attempts, second chances, and renewed faith.
WE CARE GLOBAL saw more than students; they saw potential. They saw future leaders, innovators, educators, and change-makers. Through guidance, support, and opportunity, barriers became stepping stones.
Today, they stand as proof that where you come from does not define how far you can go. Tomorrow, they will inspire others to believe, apply, and rise. This is not just a scholarship story. It is a story of courage, community, and a future being written—one scholar at a time.
This is My Story From Bachelor’s (Cameroon) to Master’s (India).

Hello, My name is Gideon Etuge, a Cameroonian pursuing master’s in Networking and Cybersecurity in India. This is the story of my journey, experiences, and aspirations.
My Why.
As a youth passionate about making a differece, I’m driven by purpose using knowledge and expertise to impact my community and be a positive example.
My Journey.
Fueled by the belief that i’m here for a specific purpose, I’m on a mission to gain the right skills and expertise in cybersecurity. Not just to be another expert, but to be a purposeful one, making a real impact.
My Goal.
With faith and determination, I’m working towards becoming a cybersecurity professional who uses tech to drive positive change.
How I encountered We Care Global.
My journey took a defining turn in Douala when I discovered We Care Global. At the time, I was a part timemaths teacher at Sacred Heart College Bonaberi and i was teaching extra classes for GCE preparatring graduates. Teaching the maths, computer science and ICT. This was out of the desire to see my junior ones get quality education because this was a free preparatory classes we held at the Brains University.
God quickly blessed and i had an opportunity to work with Guinness Cameroon for 3 months. After months working with Guinness, i had an opportunity to work with Huawei. At this time i now encountered WE CARE GLOBAL. Learning about the study opportunities offered by We Care Global sparked a deep interest that would soon shape my path forward.
In September 2025, seeing students travel to India on scholarship through We Care Global was truly inspiring and demonstrated how financial support can make international education more accessible. This made me decide to start my own admission process. When God leads you to a genuine opportunity, then you need to grab it.
Motivated by this opportunity, I promptly reached out to the Director of We Care Global, who was then in India. I submitted my documents, completed the evaluation process, and was fortunate to receive a 50% scholarship. Following this milestone, I finalized my registration and completed all required formalities, leading to the release of my admission letter.
The process was fast and well-coordinated, with We Care Global overseeing admission, visa processing, and flight arrangements. Within two weeks, my Indian visa was issued, and I was ready to fly.

Studying abroad had always been a dream of mine, and We Care Global made it a reality. Their transparency, honesty, and continuous support—from departure to my safe arrival in India—made the journey smooth and reassuring, and I am truly thankful for their dedication.
